The Collins Sustainable Foods Committee is a part of Environmental Force (E-Force) at Collins. It is a committee within E-Force dedicated to providing students with the opportunity to prepare and try meals from locally grown sources and have access to a series of speakers with varying backgrounds from organic gardening to farm management.
