Academics is a top priority at Collins and our residence hall often lands near the top in campus-wide rankings. Our students shape the academic environment through the student-led Board of Educational Programming (BOEP). This student group selects our Collins seminars, hosts fireside chats and professor dinners, and reviews student proposals for teaching short courses to fellow residents.
Collins offers a variety of engaging courses, including peer-taught Q-courses; Options courses focused on the environment, well-being, service, and the arts; and Summer Expeditions that allow you to learn in the field. Our weekly and annual publications provide Collinsites with opportunities to showcase their academic and creative accomplishments.
