Collins houses what is among the few remaining traditional darkrooms on campus in our Clubhouse. LLC members can learn the basics of negative film photography including taking and printing photos. Other workshops include photograms, cyanotype printing, and learning to use our 4x5 view camera. For our digital photographers, we provide a Mac computer running Adobe programs in our multimedia facility and an exhibition quality printer with paper for printing subsidized by Arts Council.

Hello all, I'm Mike, a junior here at Collins. I'm studying Intelligent Systems Engineering with a Bio concentration and minors in Math and Astronomy. I will be the Collins darkroom manager this year as well as working at the Cheshire Cafe and as a Q-instructor. Feel free to contact me with any questions, super stoked for another great year!
