Board of Programmers

Board of Programmers

The Board of Programmers (BOP) is a dedicated group of students that is responsible for planning and executing the four large Collins events each school year. The group plans each event from beginning to end, and does everything from decorations, publicity, space reservation, food—you name it!

BOP is comprised entirely of student volunteers and meets at a different time each semester. Check the calendar for this semester’s meeting time and stop by a meeting to see what BOP does!

Hiii! My name is Gabriella, a lot of people call me Gigi! I will respond to both Gabriella or Gigi! I am a Sophomore currently trying to get into the Jacobs School of Music for Vocal Performance! At Collins, you can expect to find me either in the flounge during the day or in the Chesh in the evening asking the baristas if they need “help” counting the money hehe. I’m always up for chit chatting in the Chesh with coffee! You can also find me giving “Gabriella tours” of Collins (meaning I walk around and talk to people for hours). When I’m not in classes or at Collins, I’m most likely out and about on Kirkwood or napping. This year, I am super excited to plan the four annual events at Collins and make new friends! I have been waiting for this year to start so I can officially start the planning! Reach out to me with any questions or ideas, scare me in the flounge or just shout at me in BOP meetings!
