Greetings, Collinsites & company! My name is Evelyn (or Ev) and I am one of your Cheshire Cafe co-managers this year! I’m a sophomore studying Theatre and minoring in History. This will be my second year in the Collins LLC. I’m delighted to be back at the Chesh as a barista and to be taking care of our cafe as a manager.
